How the file's own modality column gets classified into a category. Default matches Royal Medical's file exactly — edit only if you're loading a differently-shaped export (e.g. a different hospital's system). Each row: if the file's modality text contains the match text, the case is tagged that category. Checked top to bottom; first match wins.

Months stored in the cloud. Any flagged “not on this device” have no local file, history or archive here — safe to delete if they’re old test uploads.
A month can disappear from the month list while its uploaded file and assignments are still on this device — the list is only an index, and it can lose an entry. This finds any such month and puts it back.
Staff Earnings can show “A detailed breakdown isn’t saved for this month”. This says which months have one, which will get one, and which were refused — a breakdown is only kept when it still adds up to the cent against the saved figure, so a month whose base pay, shift rates or deduction rules changed afterwards is deliberately left without one.
The Review section adds up any span of months without opening them, so it can only be as honest as what each month froze when it was saved. This says which saved months carry every figure it needs — total cash, billed value, uplift, hospital cut, anaesthesia and group pay, and the cash in each service category — and which are missing some. A missing figure is shown as “—” and left out of any total, never counted as zero. Filling one recomputes it from that month’s own saved cases and keeps it only if the month still adds up to the cent; a month whose prices, rates or split rules changed since is refused and named, never guessed.
Link a data file to keep everything on disk and auto-save to it on every change — this survives clearing the browser cache. After a cache wipe or on another PC, click “Load data from a file…” and pick it to restore everything. Prices, name fixes, custom services, base pay & rates live in this browser — back them up.
Export your configuration only — org name, categories, rates, split rules, prices, workplaces & receipt formats — to set up a new hospital installation. Contains no staff, no months or cases, and no passwords or recovery settings. Import it on the new install with “Restore all data”.
Your whole dataset, saved to your own private cloud and restorable on any device — no file to carry. Keep automatic backups plus named snapshots you choose to keep or delete.
Month files live in the browser’s database, which is limited only by free disk space; settings and history live in a small store of about 10 MB, measured below with what fills it. Once a month is finalized its original uploaded file is no longer used by anything — payslips, statements, viewing cases and re-opening the month all read the compact archive, which is never deleted here — so pruning it shrinks this device, the cloud and every backup.
Adds a WhatsApp button beside each staffer who has a phone number, to send a “your salary is ready” message. Turn off if you don't use WhatsApp for staff.
Cash prices come from the services you import or add (none yet). The split is computed on these, not the billed value; insurance/company uplift is shown separately and is not split. Edit any price to override it — overrides are saved and reused every month. A service with no cash price set shows as "observed" (its billed value is used) until you set one.
One card per service — search for the one you need and set its cash price here. Pricing the whole catalogue (it reaches a couple of hundred services) is a desk job; this is for fixing one.

Commission comes from the revenue split. Add a fixed base pay (saved across months) and any one-off adjustment (advance, deduction, bonus) with a reason. Final pay = commission + base + adjustment. These do not change the investor share.

The hospital pays the investor for radiology and laboratory combined and cannot separate them. This section keeps both halves so they can be. Money here is carried to three decimals — the hospital’s own statements are, and this account exists to match them exactly.
Every saved month over any span you choose — totals, and the split between the hospital, staff and the residual — without opening a single month. A figure a month never saved shows as “—” and is left out of the total, never counted as zero.
Look up a patient by file number or name, or search every saved month at once — one person's cases across a range, or a service's usage and who performed it. Month-by-month salaries live in History → Year-to-Date. Only months you've saved to History are searchable.
Track sick days, annual leave, and unpaid days for this month. Unpaid days are deducted from base salary (base ÷ 30 × unpaid days).
